Demonstration By Richard Larkin Interactive Acrylics seascape

We were all very well entertained this evening by Richard Larkin who came to paint a seascape using Interactive Acrylics which are the latest thing in Acrylics allowing the painter to work longer on the painting without the paint drying out simply by spraying the painting unlocks the paint making blending easier  Richard showed us his method of painting using only 4 colours and explained how to use the paint to it's best advantage, we all enjoyed the demonstration enormously

An unusual demonstration tonight with Pauline Cherrett Chinese painting which is quite a precise way of painting using set strokes with specialised brushes and inks on bamboo paper or silk, very different from watercolour or acrylic painting Pauline talked us through the complexities and demonstrated the techniques fascinating demonstration thank you Pauline we all enjoyded the demonstration.
